PAUL LUKKAR, Licensed Mortgage, Business & Real Estate consultant, provides expert assistance in residential mortgage loans, Nationwide retail and wholesale Commercial and Church loans, consulting in Commercial and Business Sales, Business Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Valuations, Resort Communities lot and home sales in Gated Mountain Resorts in North Georgia and Costa Rica, and is available as an expert witness in these fields.

Mr. Lukkar, has an extensive commercial real estate and finance background starting with the U.S. Treasury Dept. in 1975, and took numerous accounting, banking, commercial real estate, and international finance courses through the Treasury Dept. He also attended the Consumer Law School in 1979, located in Reston, Virginia.

He first participated in the Florida Real Estate course in 1977-78, in Tallahassee, Florida, and attended LSU Graduate School of banking from 1984-1986, with emphasis in financial management. Mr. Lukkar also attended the National Business Brokerage Training School in Dallas, Texas, in March 1993. Mr. Lukkar's strong dedication to education continued with his many years of annual education courses in the finance and real estate industries.

Lukkar has now expanded the residential busienss as a separate division as the Branch Manager of the Pensacola Satellite office with available a full range of residential mortgage services and is proud to announce the 2007 affiliation with Apex Lending Inc., a Correspondent Lender and separate Residential Mortgage Banking Division based in Clearwater, Florida.

 Apex Lending has approximately 500 Loan Officers and Corporate Staff and are presently established in approximately 27 states and growing rapidly.  

Through this new affiliation, The Lukkar Company's are able to provide much more competitive programs including Conventional. VA, FHA, and Senior's Reverse mortgage products and services through over 500 underwriters and have eliminated the middle man with funding directly from Wall Street.
